• Use existing appliances and (avoiding luxury appliances such as wine coolers, warming drawers, etc.)
• Update look and feel with a creative use of paint
• Replace fixtures (faucets, hardware, lighting) to create a fresh look
• Use stock cabinets or refinish the existing cabinets.
